Tagger.click is currently in invite-only open beta. The service is experimental, may experience instability, and features may be changed or removed without prior notice. Use is at the user's sole risk. We are not liable for any financial losses or data loss resulting from system failures, errors, or unavailability during the beta period.
1. Acceptance
By accessing or using Tagger.click ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
Tagger.click is a first-party attribution platform for paid traffic. It captures click parameters on presell pages, correlates conversions received via webhooks from sales platforms, and dispatches those conversions to ad networks (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok).
3. Beta Status and Limitations
The Service is currently in beta, which means:
- Features may be added, changed, or removed at any time without prior notice
- Instabilities, outages, or data loss may occur
- The service may be discontinued or suspended at any time, with or without notice
- There are no SLA commitments, minimum availability guarantees, or response time targets
- Attribution and dispatch results may be inaccurate or incomplete
By using the Service during the beta period, you expressly acknowledge that you do so at your own risk, releasing Tagger.click from any liability for direct or indirect losses resulting from system use, failure, or unavailability.
4. Access and Eligibility
Access to Tagger.click is invite-only. To create an account, you must:
- Be 18 years of age or older (or the legal age in your jurisdiction)
- Have received a valid invitation
- Provide accurate information during registration
- Not have been previously suspended or banned from the Service
5. Account and Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials and for all activities carried out under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] in the event of unauthorized access. Each account is personal and non-transferable.
6. Acceptable Use
You may not use the Service to:
- Track users without appropriate consent as required by applicable law (PDPA, GDPR, etc.)
- Send spam or unauthorized communications
- Violate third-party intellectual property rights or privacy
- Reverse engineer, copy, sublicense, or redistribute the Service
- Intentionally overload the infrastructure (DoS attacks, abusive bots)
- Engage in any illegal or fraudulent activity
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of Tagger.click on your domains complies with applicable data protection laws and ad network policies (Google, Meta, TikTok).
7. Intellectual Property
The Service, including code, design, trademark, documentation, and the tagger.js script, is the property of Tagger.click. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, and non-transferable license to use the Service as described in these Terms. No intellectual property rights are transferred to you.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
During the beta period, specifically:
- We do not guarantee continuous availability — the system may go offline without notice
- We do not guarantee data integrity — click, conversion, and attribution data may be lost or corrupted
- We do not guarantee attribution results — the accuracy of click-to-conversion correlations is experimental
- We do not guarantee service continuity — the beta may be shut down at any time
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tagger.click, its founders, contributors, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including, without limitation:
- Loss of advertising revenue or reduced campaign performance
- Loss of conversion, click, or attribution data
- Ad campaign costs resulting from failed dispatches
- Business interruption caused by Service unavailability
- Any other financial or material loss related to the use or inability to use the Service
This limitation applies regardless of the theory of liability (contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise), even if Tagger.click has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Use of the Service during the beta phase is entirely at your own risk.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms or conduct that harms other users or the Service infrastructure. We may also close the beta program at any time. You may cancel your account at any time through the dashboard.
11. Modifications
We may update these Terms periodically. We will notify you of significant changes at least 15 days in advance by email or through the dashboard. During the beta period, changes related to beta status may be made with shorter notice given the experimental nature of the Service. Continued use of the Service after notification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia and the European Union, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR — Regulation (EU) 2016/679). The parties elect the courts of Tallinn, Estonia as the exclusive venue for any disputes arising from these Terms, to the exclusion of any other, however privileged it may be.
